[TenTec] send 1 problem

OK,  looks like a software problem, as I had no problem using 1.369
I just wanted to make sure that it was a software issue as I am having a 
intermittent problem with the contrast flickering and the display getting 
dark in the upper left corner of the screen.  I have talked to Paul at TT 
about this and we will be sending the rig back in a couple of months after 
the sporadic E season is over as I use the ORION only on vhf..   as long as 
it don't give up altogether.
