I may be sorry this question was asked!!    BTW, 1.370 works okay here for
the areas I use.  QSK is super!

Question of folks smarter than I am.  Could it be possible that some
connects/downloads are not perfect as required thus driving 'some' of the
problems we read about?

Is there some correlation of phone connect ISPs and some of the faster
services?
