This is correct. There is currently no option to add a field upgrade.
Ten-Tec apparently does not currently have a plan to add this as a field
option.
For your broadcast listening, you should check out the Radio Control
Software from N4PY. It adds push buttons to the virtual front panel of the
Orion, enabling direct access to each of the shortwave broadcast bands. It
also displays the name of the broadcast station when you tune across it.
The user may add or delete these stored names as desired.
