[TenTec] Titan 425E caps

Good morning,

Let me ask you something.

I own a Titan 425E amplifier that works ok. 

I have been told that a simptom of open caps is when
your voltage marks 1.8 Kv which is what happens here.

How can I inspect if the caps are open?

Power output seems to be normal, althoogh current goes
up to 0.9 amps when running at legal limit

Any help will be appreciatted.
