Thanks. I looked at the connections carefully under a lighted magnifier and
could see no cracks. I went ahead and re-soldered all four pins, just in
case.  Unfortunately, that didn't help. I'm still seeing about 20 dB more
attenuation going through the 250 Hz filter than through the 500 Hz filter.
