If you are serious about mobile operations, buy a car with a diesel engine.
You won't have any problem with ignition noise.

My mobile HF operation (40m) is more limited by power line noise ruining my
reception than by only developing 100 watts on transmit. A 100 w Ten Tec
with detachable control head, 500 Hz filter and Noise Blanker ( for ignition
noise) might put another IC706 on the used market.
