This is caused by the cable to these loudspeakers acting as an antenna, and a 
pin 1 problem inside either the computer's sound card or an active amplifier in 
the 
external loudspeaker. Winding the cable that feeds them multiple turns through 
a 
ferrite toroid will usually reduce the current enough that the interference 
will 
become inaudible. The number of turns required depends on the type of ferrite 
and the transmitter frequency (lower frequencies require more turns).
