I'd like to thank subscribers for their responses to my question about PTO
instability, especially Don WB8YQJ and Mike N4NT.  Mike's very comprehensive
instructions and subsequent advice on detailed issues gave me the confidence
to tackle the PTO rebuild, which I completed successfully.  I now have a
stable PTO and no warbling across the band.
