[TenTec] Success in software control of Paragon II

With the help of a few on this list and Ten Tec's customer support I 
can now control frequency changes on the Paragon II with Ham Radio 
Deluxe and Commander from DXLabs.

I used an off-the-self NULL modem cable and configured the rig as an 
Icom 765 with a CVI address of 2C. 1200 baud, 8, 1, no parity.
