perhaps you never bothered to call them or write them....

Three years ago I wrote a letter ( a long 2 pages) to Mr. T. Inoue founder 
and President of  Inoue COMmunications. I received back a very nice lengthy 
personal letter three weeks later. I never bothered to try calling him.....
