Steve... I agree with all you say. I also will add that you are more brave
than I am for saying anything not 'glowing' on the Ten Tec reflector.
I've worked for HP/Agilent for decades, and have piles of test equipment
that I could hook up to my Omni VI+ to prove or disprove its' receiver
credentials. But, all that gobledy-gook means nothing, as it is ease and
quality of use that really means the most to me. That is why my Omni VI+ is
a keeper.  I see it as the next version that Drake would have released after
the TR7.
