[TenTec] HC4 + Orion

Hi Tom,

I (+ OK1RF) have 2 Orions and Two HC4 Prosets. Neither combination does 
anything described, since we made 3 turns on low frequency toroid - from 
PC PS. before it did. I do not understand why, since the radio room we 
use is made of 3mm steel, i.e. well grounded Faraday shield, but....
