[TenTec] Audio loss in Orion

I am suddenly losing the audio via spkr only (still available in 
headphones) on my Orion w/ latest firmware version.  Shutting off then 
back on cures the problem (for a while).
Is anyone else having this problem thus a firmware issue or is it my 
hardware?  I hate sending it back to TT, if I don't need to.
