[TenTec] Subject: service problems

I hope I am not going to give away any secrets here, but as Mike Hyder
referred to later in the T-T Digest today, living close (60 miles or so) to
Ten Tec has its advantages!

A call to Paul Clinton, arrangements are made and I take the Omni VI,
Hercules-II, Auto-tuner - whatever - to him on the specified day and go have
lunch or shopping. So far, the equipment has been ready when I got back
there.

Now THAT kind of service is impossible to match, much less beat!
