If one has a problem with the way his Orion works, then here are my
suggestions:
1. a. Describe the difficulty as precisely as possible.
b. What were you doing when it occurred?
c. Is it repeatable?
d. What did you do to recover from it?
e. What version of firmware / software are you running?
2. Do the above as dispassionately as possible. Nobody on this reflector
cares if you are unhappy or upset, in fact some of us laugh at your stewing
in your own juices.
3. Send a copy of your report to Ten-Tec. They care, but if you are
seeming to cuss them out, they may put your message at the bottom of their
stack -- I would.
4. Stop being a cry baby (see #2 above).
73, Mike N4NT
