Several have asked, so here's the info.

The jumper that opens up the transmitter is located on the Logic Board, just to 
the left of IC U7 as viewed from the front of the radio.  Snip the jumper 
marked HAM.  That will allow continuous transmit frequency operation above 1.8 
MHz including 60 meters.

For the AGC change, C46 can be increased from 10 uF/16v to something like 22 to 
25 uF.  This does not change the fast AGC attack or release time but does 
change the Slow AGC release.  This cap is located on the IF/AF board near 
connector #49.
