FYI, the actual 6 dB BW of the 1000 is actually
closer to 1100 (1070 I recall). I also discovered
the actual 6 dB BW of the 1800 (IN CW MODE ONLY) is
about 1400 (in SSB MODE it is closer to 1900). I
still don't understand why but I have measured this
several times both with Spectrogram and manually.
Since this is so close to the 1000's actual BW, I
use the 1800 as my wide CW filter and the 600 as my
narrow filter (my 1000 Hz is removed...actually I
put it in the 500 slot and disable it).
