In the 50 states, there is NO statute that requires a manufacture to supply 
parts for any longer than the warranty period for consumer products.  The 
Orion is a consumer product.  The 7 year or 10 year rule is one based on a 
companies business practice.  Been there, done that, won't hold up in court.
