Actually it was a Jupiter he returned and that was two years ago.  He did
not have a history of abuse of the return policy from what I understand.  It
did seem to be personal as the negative post on eham was mentioned as a
reason for canceling the order.

they were afraid he was some kind of a nut-job whey didn't they say to him
"Ok, but this time we're not going to let you return it, if you don't like
it?" They are the only place he can get a new Orion and they know it. It's
not like he has any other choices. Maybe he's not in love with them either.
But it almost sounds like a personal thing going on here on their part.
Shouldn't be. Their policy is part of how they choose to do business and I
would hardly say this fellow has displayed a "pattern" of abusing their
policy.
