[TenTec] Orion TCXO adjustment

My method of tweaking the Orion's TCXO for best frequency accuracy is
described and illustrated at http://blog.aa6e.net .  No, you don't
need to do this for normal operation, unless you really want to be on
freq with your nets.  It was interesting to see how well we could do
with stock parts.  (Within a couple of Hz at 10 MHz.)
