Sounds like you need a PTO rebuild.. the old grease in there has hardened
and is most likely causing your problem.  Ten Tec will rebuild it for you,
or they will sell you a rebuild kit for about $25 or so and you can do it
yourself. I've done them in the past, it is not real hard to do.. Heard lots
of activity in the OC contest this morning from your direction..  :)
