Where has everybody gone?
Making preparations.
Putting shutters on the house, taking beams and wires down, stowing all the
yard furniture and BBQ grill, making sure all the vehicles are filled up
with gas, stocking the freezer with ice and the pantry with canned goods and
water, going to the bank to get cash in case all the power in the area is
out, the pharmacy to stock up on prescription medicine, etc.
- when Wilma hits here later this weekend it will be too late.
