recheck the power connector...if it is anything like my Pegasus was, consider replacing it with something a lot stouter. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bill Brannick" <wmlb@sbcglobal.net>

Subject: [TenTec] Jupiter Problem

Several times in the last couple of days, I have been
transmitting at PSK31 levels (35 watts or so) when the rig
has given a little popping noise and the display goes blank
momentarily and then re-displays. On a couple of occasions
the rig reset itself. I have have experienced it with
both of my antennas and there is no evidence of RF in the shack.

Checked connectors etc,. but becoming more convinced that
the problem is within the Jupiter..

Any ideas???

Bill, W6WLB
