The Orion 1/2 gives you 1 Hz setting precision, so 10 Hz is easy to
measure.  This is very handy if you actually want to measure
frequencies to high accuracy/precision.  See my 2005 ARRL FMT result
for example of what can be done with the Orion and your ears:
