[TenTec] Orion II and 2.031 NR distortion

It apears that the NR does infact work better in 2.031 based on my
comparisons to 2.030. It is much more aggresive. The disortion appears to
become a factor only when the RF gain is adjusted to below 94. As the RF
gain is decreased, the level of distortion increases. It appears to be fine
with the ATTN engaged.
