Scott,

I have a Corsair II (sn 58001542) and 260 power supply that I am interested in selling. I bought the Corsair, PS, and external VFO on e-bay because I wanted the 263 external VFO for my home Corsair II station.

I have not used the Corsair II on the air so I can't comment there. However, I have powered it up, listend to CW signals on all bands and have keyed the transmitter to make sure that it is putting out watts. I don't really remember what the output power was other than it was enough for me to say that the transmitter works on all bands.

The receiver sounds as good as my station Corsair II, given my limited time with it. The only filter in the radio is 2.4 khz. As I said, the rig has not been completely tested on the air by me.

Cosmetically, the radio has a couple of visible scratches (one is 1 1/4" long) on the cover. There are a couple of ding marks (visible) on the top heat sink fin but all fins are straight. Given its age, I would rate the rig cosmetically at 8.5 or 9.

The power supply is completely functional and is cosmetically a 9. It comes with the speaker cable and radio power connector.

No manuals.

I would like to get $425 for both the Corsair II and 260 power supply. If you just want the radio, I'd like $375 for it. You pay actual shipping for either choice.

I'm pretty easy and flexible. If the prices don't suit, make me an offer I can't refuse.

Pictures are available as needed.
