No, it can not be answered because the filter term is incorrect.
Neither Corsair had a 'roofing filter' other than that little Murata
20kc wide filter right after the first mixer. Otherwise, yes, you can
change almost all of the IF filters in the Corsair, assuming one
knows which way to turn a screwdriver!!
