Hello, I have just built a great kit, the Elecraft KRC-2 decoder. I plan to use it to allow my HercII to follow my Ts-480. The questions are, does the Herc II need sink or source inputs? Also, is pin 14, comm., pwr on, held at +12v? Any help appreciated.
