John,
The C-ID address in the Omni VI must match the address in your logging
program, although I am not familiar with logger 32 this is the case with my
logging program which is DXbase2007. If I change the address in either the
radio or the program there is no communication anymore. So the address
matters! You might check this out, sorry that I can't be more helpfull since
I'm not familiar with logger32 .
