[TenTec] nice net

I was tuning around yesterday and found the Arkansas technique net. ( I didn't 
write down the freq )  I listened a little bit and learned that the net control 
had invited Bob Heil on as a guest .  Bob was making contacts and answering 
questions .  Great idea !  I was entertained and picked up some good 
information .  It would be nice for something like this could be arranged more
