Greetings Greetings fellow Ten-Tec amateurs,
For what it is worth (nothing really):
The operative word in the salutation is amateur.
I make mistakes, I learn through trial and error, a lot more error than
trial, that's because I am an amateur.
I am the losing bidder in the auction on the recent unmentionable venue for
used amateur equipment. I lost the fine American made high end transceiver of
my dreams favored on this list on this unmentionable venue for used amateur
equipment by 25 USD. Around 1%+/- of the total bid price. I put my high bid in
initially modeled on the for sale ads on this reflector, two other classified
venues (not sure if it's OK to mention them so discretion is the better part of
valor) and stuck to it to the bitter end. I could care less if Joe T. Tec(the
winning bidders name is changed to protect the indecent) wants to pay a premium
for a fine American made high end transceiver. I do not( well I do but I
can't).
Now, my question is: Did I lose this auction by 25 USD (1%+/- of the total
bid) on this unmentionable venue for used amateur equipment because it was
unintentionally mentioned on this reflector?
If yes, I guess I have the right of indignation. If no, I guess I have the
right of being impertinent. If yes and no I've the right of being indignantly
impertinent; which I am most of the time.
But, being the adult I am I will recover.
I am a man and I can change, if I have to, I guess.
Sincerely and satirically, your fellow amateur up in arms,
  Stephen, KG0K
