OK, I tried the freeze spray on the pbt board. No effect at all. ($10 , too) Checked tightness of board screws(PBT BOARD) and VOILA! Problem solved! (at least for the last 2 days anyway) Working fine at this time. Since several had this issue, thought I'd let you know.
