Channel memory reset - erases ALL programmed memories.
Turn radio OFF for a few seconds.
Press and hold the V/M key while turning ON power.
Continue to hold the V/M key until the last tuned frequency is displayed.
This erases ALL memory channels.

I do not recall if you can totally erase a single memory channel, but you
can write a new frequency over it.
