The only thing that's changed is, Jack uses email now.
I too have several old handwritten letters from him.
The media has changed but the company is still excellent!

Well, I well remember living in Flint, Michigan and having the first one of
my 544's <<Triton IV Digital>> having a problem with one of the circuit
boards and Ten Tec just exchanged boards with me. They sent me a new board
and I sent the troubled one back to them. No charge. And I well remember the
president, Jack communicating with me in a hand written letter!
