[TenTec] Orion II looks DOA!

I'm afraid it's happened...my Orion II may have bitten the big one!  When I 
turn it on, I get the half-bright meter face, but then nothing else happens.  
It stays like that forever with no LED's lit and nothing on the screen.  Power 
supply is OK and I measure +14 V on the accessory output on the back of the 
radio.  Anyone else ever see this sort of behavior?
