[TenTec] New N4PY Omni VII Version 2.37

I just released version 2.37 of my N4PY Omni VII program.  This version adds
in the new features that Tentec has just added to the Omni VII.  TRIP and
RIP compression are now in the program.  And RIP is now turned off when TRIP
is going on.  This means that the total internet bandwidth with RIP
compression turned on during receive is half of what it used to be, and the
total internet bandwidth during TRIP compression transmit is 1/4 of what it
used to be or the same as receive.
