[TenTec] Flashing screen and lights on an Orion I

Could be it's an early sign of the failure of electrolytic capacitors in the
+5v supply of the ORION.

Had a similar thing with my radio and eventually it failed completely,
replacement of two caps in power supply brought it back to life.
