 I was getting ready to order some also but I find that 18C4716 are 25vdc
and 10x16mm (D&L) and 35vdc are 18C4708 and not available at this time. 
They are 10x20mm.

So my guess is you ordered 18C4716 cap that are 25vdc??  Yes??
