what are the differences between these radios? i am actaully looking to try
a paragon out - any advantages in spending the extra money and getting a
paragon II? also what are the PLL problems associated with the paragon - is
easily fixed - does the paragon II suffer from these pll problems? - is it
better to purchase a late model (high serial number) paragon vs. an earlier
model (low serial number) and if so what is the serial number cutoff? tia,
