probably a stupid question but after i'm done tuning the radio and getting
ready to transmit do i push the alc/tx on button back in and then flip over
from cw to SSB to transmit? when i do this and blow into the mic nothing
happens (i.e. no meter movement on my tuner). or do i leave the alc/tx on
button out and then flip to ssb and transmit. it is possible the mic is bad
- its an old electro voice mic. can someone run this procedure down for me -
