[TenTec] Omni VII "Feature"

Noticed that with the paddle plugged in and the radio on LSB that when I close 
the DAH side the radio goes into transmit.  VOX is OFF. Speak into the mike and 
I have output.  Neat way to implement PTT in my book.  Well maybe I missed 
reading about that function in the manual.  If you did too, then I share it 
with you.
