Here are the symptoms mine had.  Once it warmed up there was a frequency 
jump on CW send and receive.  It jumped for a split second and then 
jumped back.  It was like a short chirp on both transmit and receive. 
It was worst on 40m where it happened every 2 seconds.  It took 10 
seconds on 80 and 20.

Sent it to Ten Tec abd they put in the TCXO in place of the oven.
