Dennis - When you press the MAIN or SUB audio buttons - do you see the line
change on the screen where it shows audio gain setting ? ALso looking at A12
81915 "Rear Connector Board" , without tracing completely thru the rest of
the circuit - it looks like if the plug J8 MT2 were loose - it would kill
both the internal and external speaker.
