Not sure what you mean Mark, but you don't need the streaming audio
capability to work psk with the O7.
Just a couple of RadioShack adapters to mate the supplied accessory
cable to your sound card jacks,
a digital program like HRD or Ham Radio Deluxe
and you are good to go.
