I have been using the Buxcomm Rascal on Windows XP on the Orion II and the Argonaut V with excellent results.

i tried to run Vista with my radio software and after a month gave up, wiped
the hard drive and installed XP. no problems since.

I use a laptop with USB port and Vista OS with my Orion II.  Anyone have a
working system to recommend for digi modes, CW keying via computer, and rig
control?  If so, I'd love to hear from you.
