[TenTec] PSK31 on Orion 11

Hello all:

I am trying to get my Orion II running 2.039D to run PSK 31 using Digipan
and WinPsk.  I seem to be having a bit of difficulty with the Orion
settings.  I am using a Buxcom Rascal box with a straight thru Din cable and
I can receive and decode fine on the laptop.  I can transmit on the Orion,
and can hear it on an external receiver transmitting PSK 31 but there does
not appear to be much if any drive to the transmitter.  The transmit light
on the Orion does not light and the meter does not move.   My external tuner
(LDG Z 11 Pro) also does not light either as it does in SSB mode.

Any suggestions as to drive settings on the Orion II ?
