[TenTec] HRD and Omni 6 fix simple

For those of you who would rather not mess with the wiring in your radio. There 
is a easy fix i beleive...It is called a Null Modem Adapter, This adpter simply 
crosses lines 2 and 3 for you. Ok it might not be the proper way to fix the 
problem but it certianly is the easiest way no disassbembly no solder just plug
