Clock "problem" may be the daylight saving time spring advance and and fall
back times that are "hard coded" to execute based upon advancing the time one
hour at 0100 the last Sunday in April and to fall back one hour at 0200 the
last Sunday in October. This was verified (by me) during research for the
Millennium rollover. The clock chip is a Motorola IC with no options to
deactivate the advance and set back.
I'm a previous owner of a Paragon II. Great radio.... just run a separate clock
for logging!
