Hello all:
Just inherited an Omni A  (TT# MB3463) from a SK relative.  Lou, the one 
that put me onto TT in the first place, thought I would provide a good home 
for it.  I wouldn't quite call it a basket case even  though the cabinet is 
completely removed, along with the front panel.  Looks like he was 
attempting a restringing job on the dial.  Don't know about the PTO.  I 
would like to restore the ole gal into working order and after that, 
consider some updating projects.  Is there a site available, listing the 
various mods , for this series?
   FYI; the original receipt is from Bob's Amateur Radio Center, Salisbury, 
N.C. written by Rich, KA4CHR on Dec. 13, 1978. Lou paid $919.28 w/PS + S&H. 
Wonder what that equates to in deflated 2009 dollars?
