Some hams, it appears,
are up to their ears,
with boards sick and fair,
and irons , A pair?
To fix the beast that warms their hearts.
After a dose
of solder and toast,
They emerged with a grin
a rig with a ring,
that gives all the tones
heard on the phones
and quiets the heart
so they again can start.
A qso or two.
along with a brew.
To ponder the beast
that quiets us all.
